Crafted Sterling Silver Japanese Trench Art salt shaker made for U.S. Army Air Corps Pilot. CHINA: Republic, AR dollar, ND (1912) This salt shaker is in the shape of a 50 caliber bullet with a raised highly detailed dragon. This is an extremely rare coin some similar examples that are high grade selling as high as $10.000. This piece of trench art is solid silver and was brought back from Japan in 1945 by a WW2 U.S. Army Air corps pilot. Total weight 3.24 ounces or 92 grams. Coin measurement is slightly over 1 1/2 inches. The full height 5 and 3/4 inches.

Coin has an untouched even patina and may be soldered to the silver casing please review photos to determine condition.
