To request a return, the bidder must provide a written request within three (3) days of receiving the lot, fully explaining the basis for the return. All authorized returns must be received in the exact condition as originally shipped, otherwise they will be returned to Buyer at Buyer's cost. Any unauthorized returns will be refused. Refusal to accept merchandise delivered by The Jewelers Queue to the bidder constitutes an unauthorized return in direct violation of these general terms and conditions.
