It is the sole responsibility of the buyer to carefully inspect and determine condition, age, value, and any other determinant factor. Online and off-site bidders understand and acknowledge that they are limited to the images and descriptions given for their inspection, and any requests for additional information MUST be submitted at least 48 hours before auction begins. Queen of Arts reserves the right to cancel a winning bid and refund or credit to buyer any payments received by auction house if merchandise is discovered to be damaged or sustains damage that was not disclosed or discovered before auction. Payment is expected and all accounts must be settled within 2 business days concluding auction. Any item that has not been paid for is forfeited by the buyer and the item may be put back on the auction block for sale. Absentee and online bids are accepted. Paypal is the accepted method for payment. Wire Transfer & Cashiers checks will be accepted on a case by case basis. Merchandise will not be released until payment is cleared. Buyer is solely responsible for paying for shipping. Auction house will help arrange shipping. Due to having numerous storage locations and different consignors, items may be sent separately. Please Allow up to 2 to 4 weeks for delivery after time of payment. Some items will be available for fast shipping and will be specified in auction.
