with curved single-edged blade cut with three slender fullers on each face, silver hilt of characteristic form retained by three rivets with pairs of silver domed heads (one pair missing), decorated over its surface with scrolls, in its leather-covered wooden scabbard with silver locket and middle band (chape missing, areas of wear)
