accommodate local pick-up service, but
we do ask that you call our accounting

make arrangements.

PayPal Payments
|
For a fast and safe transaction, we currently accept
PayPal for payment when shipping to addresses in the
United States, Canada, or the United Kingdom. When
shipping to any other address or to make alternative
payment arrangements, please call our accounting
department at 800-622-1880.
To avoid undue delay in the shipping of items,
residents of New York State should add sales tax of
8.375% to their total invoice amount.

Simple Return Policy
|
- Bidders who have not examined lots prior
to the sale may return lots for reasons of
non-authenticity or improper description within
5 days of receipt of the item or thirty days
from the auction's last day, whichever
comes first.
- Shipping fees are not refundable.
- Third-party graded coins (i.e. PCGS, NGC, ANACS,
ICG) are sold as is, no returns.
- Any lot sold with the proviso "sold as is" cannot be returned.

The Smythe Guarantee

- All material in this catalogue is
unconditionally guaranteed to be
genuine. We will not knowingly sell any
item that has been "repaired", "restored",
"processed", "cleaned", "pressed", or
"conserved" in any way without disclosing
those facts to the potential buyer.
- In cases where a question has arisen
as to the authenticity of an item, the
purchaser must immediately notify Smythe
of their intention to return the item,
confirmed in writing. The item will be
examined by a recognized expert; if the
item proves authentic, the sale will be
consummated. If the item is not authentic,
the sale price will be refunded.
