Very finely woven of porcupine quills with an intricate repeating pattern of mountains, sun and clouds in red, purple and white with two checked bands of orange and white, the quilled panel is bordered on either side by a row of green trade beads and black velvet with edge-beading in cranberry, native tanned hide backing; 38 ¼ inches length, 2 ½ inches width
