LOMAX HAND LAMP, kerosene period, colorless, embossed with 1870 patent date, "OIL GUARD LAMP" under base, rough pontil mark, #1 Taplin-Brown collar. Second half 19th century. 4 1/8" h, 3 3/4" dia overall.
