CAHOON NO. 1 BURNER, kerosene period, thumbwheel stamped "CHAS. W. CAHOON / PATENTED FEB. 19 1861 / REISSUED AUG 9. 1864", and on side of thumb rest "CHA'S W. CAHOON / PAT. FEB. 19 DEC 2 1861/ SEP. 2 & 16. 1862 / OCT. 13. 1863", appropriate lip chimney. Third quarter 19th century. 7" h overall.
