French Crystal Regulator w/ Enameled & Paste Brilliants Decoration: the time and gong striking movement is marked Japy Freres & Cie and numbered 15477, 4 and 11. the dial is 4 1/4" wide. Made of brass and decorated, the pendulum is also decorated with paste brilliants.
(The gilt finish is showing wear, the dial has some discoloration.)
