Prayer Book, single leaf, a prayer to the Virgin,decorated manuscript on vellum, in Latin, 24 lines, written in black in a calligraphic gothic hand, one 3-line initial in gold, full-page borders on both sides in gold, with foliage and fruit in colours, and a small gold-haired human figure in a red costume, holding a green drinking horn (?), in a card mount, 165 x 136 mm., [Germany (? Hildesheim), c. 1525].
