The handsome Silk Banner that you are presently offering for sale is almost certainly a ceremonial trumpet banner (see the loops at the top of the banner) made for a High Sheriff of an English or Welsh county whose arms are shown upon the body of the banner.
The arms may be blazoned as follows:
'Gules on a fess dancetty between five lions rampant (three and two) Or three pheons pointwards Sable'
