This is an Off Site Auction held at 4157 Manchester Street, Glen Rock Pa, 17327, on Saturday August 16th, starting at 9:00 a.m. We will be selling 3 trailer loads of parts before internet lots starts. First internet lot will not sell until approximately 11:30 Am. We will start at lot #2459 and go up, it takes approximately 1 min. to sell each item, so if you want item # 2659 it will sell approximately 1:10 p.m., although the time line will show that the auction ends at 9 a.m. on the 17th, the actual auction for each item ends the second we click sold on the lap top! All interested parties may attend live and bid, or may bid online. Items may be previewed from Monday August 11th - Friday August 15, 9AM-5PM. Although your bid may have been placed before the auction date, the auctioneer may take a floor bid of the same amount before your bid. The auctioneer has full any final say of all bidding and bid increments. The only way to be 100% sure your bid gets placed is to attend the auction in person, or leave an absentee bid with us over the phone. If you do plan on following along on the internet and bidding live, we strongly advise to bid quick and early, there is a slight delay and the live auction is always a few seconds ahead of the internet.

Once the auctioneer cry’s sold the item is yours, so if between the time of sale and the date you pick your item up it breaks in half, we are going to help you load both half’s. If you do not understand or see that there could be a problem, please contact us!!!!!!! Machines Specifications: All information is taken from sources deemed accurate, such as Years, Serial #’s, Weights, Horse Power, Lift capacities etc. We can not guarantee anything, so if we tell you a machine can lift 5,000 lbs, and it only lifts 3,000 lbs. Then so be it. Same if find the machine is a 1999 model and it really is a 1996. Please call the manufacturer and do your own research to make sure the machine fits your needs and specifications before bidding. We do not lie or try to deceive, but we are not experts on every machine we sell. Hours: We do not sell anything that we have bought from new, therefore we can not guarantee hours on anything we sell, we never turn them back or change tachs. But through the course of a machines life things can happen. If a machine is showing low hours and does not appear to be correct from our stand point we will state it.

ON INTERNET PURCHASES ONLY Buyers are responsible for paying buyers premium. A 10% Buyers premium will be added to each item purchased through the internet.

Buyer is responsible for any or all shipping cost and arrangements, however we can assist if you like. If you get a quote from Braden, the quote is guaranteed and you can include the quote with payment for your item. ALL ITEMS MUST BE REMOVED WITHIN 3 DAYS, all items not removed in 3 days will be moved to our lot in Seven Valleys Pa and be charged for trucking and storage. Trucking and storage fee for tractors is $50 per piece, implements $25 per piece. Their will be fee of $100 to palletize items. If items are not removed from our lot within 2 weeks they will be sold for storage.

Auction parking will be held off site, G.W. McGrew Auction Company, the property owners, or any of its affiliates is not responsible for accidents on or off site. Parking directions: From interstate 83 get off at Glen Rock Exit, 8 turn onto PA 216 west, fallow Pa 216 west through Glenrock (5.7 Miles), Turn left onto Seitzland Road and fallow ½ mile to parking on right. A parking shuttle will take you to the sale site. There is no onsite parking your patience is appreciated.
