Pair China trade paintings, Namcheong

laden Chinese junk at the Nine-Stage Pagoda, Whampoa; junks at Canton, distant Dutch Folly Fort, both attributed to Namcheong, Chinese, active 1840-1870, oil on canvas, 15-7/8 x 13 in.; matching modern Chinese Chippendale style carved and lacquered wood frames with modern gilt wood spandrels. Restretched on old oval stretcher, lined, crackle, each with one patch, both with minor retouch; frames with abrasions.
