Suggestions on Foster's Draft Report by Minor. Retained copy of Robert Minor's suggestions for revisions which he believes will add strength to Foster's report. Undated, but July 1945. 4 pp. Minor assures Foster that he heartily approves "of the firm and decisive line of the report as a whole. I think it would be the biggest mistake to soften it down in any degree whatever." Together 3 items.
