Roberts Comdg at City Point will keep a pikcet of three men constantly at Carters whf. Surry Co., Virginia on James River to give information of approach of any fleet up the River..." VG. George Glenn Garrison ( 1830-1879) attended VMI. AAG to Colston, Huger, Steuart. WIA at Seven Pines.
