Beautiful pair of Russian silver & cloisonne enamel open salts. Moscow 1898-1914, traditional form, sits on three ball feet. The entire exterior decorated with exceptional quality floral & geometric motifs soft-colored fields in pink, beige, navy blue, yellow, brown and white on green background. Marked for "KS" in Russian for Skvortsov Konstantin Ilarionovich (Postnikova-Loseva pl# 2602,page 219,silver-gilt cloisonne salt by the same maker in the collection of Russian state historical museum in Moscow).
Weighted 1.3oz or 36gr. and measuring 37mm. across and 19mm. tall. Appropriately gilded and in excellent condition. Fine example of Russian silver cloisonne objects.
