E.N. Welch Round Head Regulator No.4: 8 day time and strike movement with 12" time and 8 1/2" calendar dials. It has a recoil escapement and Lewis calendar. The interior label is good. The case looks like mahogany. Has pendulum.

(The dials are original and have minor defects.)
