Region Fine Art (R.F.A.) formed largely out of a void in the online market for investment quality artwork available at affordable prices. Owner Nolan Sigvaldason began collecting historical Canadian artwork in the early 2000's and began an online art business in 2006. In 2011 Region Fine Art was born and began building a network of dealers and collectors throughout Canada and abroad. In March of 2014 we held our first ever Live Art Auction in Winnipeg, Manitoba. It brought our gallery clientele together with the auction world. Live auctions usually allow clients a quicker turnaround time on art sales rather than traditional gallery consignment. 2014 also saw R.F.A. open its first physical gallery location in Arborg, Manitoba.
