Terms of Sale 1. All items are sold as is. Another Facet holds no warranty to descriptions, statements made by the auctioneer or the catalogue. There are no guarantees of any kind with respect to size, provenance, condition, or value of any item. Our written descriptions are our expressed opinions only. All measurements and weights are approximate. Using the term ?good? does not imply that the item is free from wear, and tear or other signs of aging. If imperfections are evident every effort will be given to describe any problems in condition report. All announcements made the day of Auction take precedent over previous announcements. 2. There will be no refunds. ALL SALES ARE FINAL and all disputes shall be settled at the discretion of the auctioneer. 3. This is a legal and binding contract; if you have no intention of completing this contract, do not bid. 5. Another Facet reserves the right to reject any bids that are not of fair market value or not in the best interest to the consignor. 7. There will be a 20% Buyers Premium 8. Buyer Pays Shipping and Insurance Cost. Once the item/s are in transit all claims must be made with the carrier. Most jewelry or "smalls" ship via USPS Priority Mail Insured (under $2500.00) or USPS Registered Insured (over $2500.00). All items purchased must be paid within 48 hours, there are no exceptions. We accept Paypal and also have the provisions for American Express, Visa or MasterCard. Credit Cards are accepted with the agreement that there will be no Chargebacks permitted. There will be a 3% Administrative Fee for all credit cards which will include the transfer of your items to the shipper. 10. We expect all to honor this agreement. If you do not intend to pay please do not bid. We will not accept anyone who does not have a history on Liveauctioneers. 11. Bids on Live Auctioneers are executed by Live Auctioneers. Another Facet has no control over bids left on the internet; they are executed by a computer terminal. 12. This Auction has no reserves; everything will be sold to the highest Bidder. 13. Bidding increments do not include, buyers premium, sales tax, insurance or shipping. 14. In-house bidders will take precedence over Internet Bidders, if there is a tie in Bidding. 15. All disputes shall be settled at the discretion of the auctioneer. 16. With your registration, you are agreeing to all the above terms of sale. 17. All New Jersey residents must pay 7% Sales tax, unless a completed Form ST-3 is on file.. 18. Unless otherwise specified, the weight of all diamonds and gemstones are estimated by volumetric calculations and gauge; the weight of all precious metals are estimated by electronic scale and are expressed in terms of Troy ounce grams.
