PERSIAN RUG AUCTION, SUNDAY SEPT. 16th/07

PAYMENT: Visa, Mastercard and Paypal accepted, Auctioneers reserve the right to refuse the release of any item until satisfied payment has been made. Taxes will be charged where applicable. All rugs being shipped to the United States will there will be a 8% Duty Tax on them. All items are subject to a 17.5% Buyers Premium, 6% GST and 8% PST unless the purchasers are from outside of Canada and are having items shipped directly to them. REMOVAL: Removal shall be at the expense, risk and liability of the purchaser. Purchases will be released only on presentation of paid invoice. Auctioneer shall not be responsible for goods not removed within 21 days following the auction. All shipping will be completed by the UPS Store and shipped thorough them or Canada Post, all shipping costs are the responsibility of the Purchaser. We do not ship large furniture items, it is the Purchasers responsibility to arrange for the shipping of these items, in all cases they must arrange for this before 2 weeks following the auction date. CONDITIONS OF ARTICLES SOLD: The Auctioneer shall not be responsible for the correct description, genuineness, authenticity of, or defect of the lot, and makes no warranty in connection therewith. No sale shall be set aside nor allowance made on account of any incorrectness, error in cataloging, or any imperfection not noted. No deductions is allowed on damaged articles, all articles being exposed for public exhibition and sold "as is", without recourse, articles are not warranted as merchantable or fit for any particular purpose. RESPONSIBILITY FOR NON-DELIVERY: Auctioneer shall not, in any event, be liable for non-delivery or for any other matter or thing, to any purchaser of any lot, delivered to the UPS Store and therein sent to the Purchaser. RESERVE: The Auctioneer reserves the right to reject any and all bids. On lots upon which there is a reserve, the Auctioneer shall have the right to bid on behalf of the seller. RECORDS: The record of sale kept by the Auctioneer and bookkeeper will be taken as final in the event of any dispute.

Taxes are not charged on items shipped directly from Canada to the US. Taxes will be applicable if your a Canadian Buyer.
