You are responsible for all your purchases upon being declared SOLD. The items will be sold to the Highest Bidder. If during the auction, a discrepancy, dispute, or at the auctioneers discretion, the Auctioneer or seller only, may remove the lot for sale before the hammer falls and item declared SOLD. The Auctioneer may elect to award tie bids to the floor bidder. All purchases are subject to the buyer's premium as stated. If any item is not paid for or removed within specified or reasonable time, the Auction company may choose the option to enforce legal action against the Buyer. All Vehicles Come With Bill of Sale and title if available. We do not guarantee titles and are not responsible for lost mail or if you lose the information mailed to you. Please call if you have any questions.

Vehicles were in storage. We have not had them running. There are dead batteries and old gas. you will need to work with them to get in running order. We do not guarantee running order and being sold As Is. The nicer cars were driven and used within last 5 years.Most all vehicles still need brake work and other work to get them in road ready condition. Please Bid Accordingly and take this information into account.

Please note- the auction may start earlier than stated. Please be ready at 10:30 AM CDT or please leave an absentee bid and let the computer bid for you. This will enable you to leave and still have your bid count. We are selling the real estate first and then the vehicles and items to follow.
