Please write if any additional information is needed on condition, etc. Lots that have any defects, conditions, or discrepancies that were not disclosed or announced in the original listing must be reported within a maximum of 5 calendar days after delivery to be eligible for an exchange or claim. High and low estimates are provided solely for comparison purposes and for the Auctioneers use only. Customers should not use the figures as a true determination of value, or confuse an estimate with an appraisal. On site previews are highly recommended if possible, especially for larger items. Previews can be arranged any time on request with 24 hour notice. Sundays from 1:00 to 6:00 are provided for preview during auction preview dates and final auction date. Please request any international shipping quotes. International shipping quotes will not include any other shipping fees charged by country destination. Payment for Items that are identified for U.S. shipping can be shipped for that cost plus any State tax (for Connecticut purchases only) added to final auction price. Items will ship within 3 days of auction end, excluding weekends and holidays. Bidders are encouraged to pick up items at 3 Seeley Street, Bethel, CT to save on shipping costs. Please advise of pickup date / time. Payment must be made by Paypal, money order or cashiers check within 48 hours of purchase or at pickup if picked up within 2 days of purchase. If paying by money order or cashier's check, we reserve the right to hold all purchases until money has cleared. Bidder shall be responsible for all costs of collection, including court costs and reasonable attorney's fees. By participating in our auction through the internet, bidders consent to the jurisdiction of the Courts where the auctions are held. All sales are final. In certain situations, if an exception is made, a return merchandise authorization must be issued to return an item. In the event of a return, the Buyer's Premium will not be refunded. Buyer is responsible for all return shipping and insurance. In the event that you refuse delivery of the package for the completion of your order, at our discretion you will be liable for the 20% buyer's premium and an additional restocking fee based on the total hammer price paid.
