Lots will be sold to the highest bidder at a slight advance over the second highest bid. Bid as high as you are willing to pay: the lots will be purchased for you as much below your limit as bidding allows. There is no buyer's commission for this eBay Auction. Terms of sale are cash upon receipt of invoice. We accept check, money order, VISA & MasterCard. Title shall not pass to the buyer until full payment is received by the American Philatelic Society. All lots sold can be expected to be genuine and as described. Lots may be returned intact within seven (7) days of receipt except for the following conditions: a. Lots with more than ten or more stamps b. Lots which were photographed may not be returned for centering, perforation faults or other details visible from the photo c. Lots described as faulty d. Lots inspected in person at the APS AmeriStamp Expo, 2005. If expertization is requested the follow provisions apply: a. The buyer will still pay for the item upon receipt of invoice b. Items will be submitted to a mutually agreeable committee. For this AmeriStamp Expo "live-auction," this will normally be the American Philatelic Expertizing Service (APEX) 100 Match Factory Place, Bellefonte, PA 16823. Successful floor bidders can apply for APEX certification during the Expo hours of operation at Booth #201.
