All lots are examined and described prior to auction. Statements as to age, make and originality are based on the opinion of Lambe Rene Auction, and should not be accepted as fact. Bidders must make their own knowledge based decision and are encouraged to contact Lambe Rene Auction for further information. All lots have been previously owned and have normal wear consistent with age. All lots are sold "as is". Condition of each lot is noted including damage if any. Bidders are encouraged to view lots prior to bidding, or contact us for further information if needed. We are not responsible for errors or omissions in listings. However, in the event of major discrepancy in description of item, or damage not listed, please contact us within 24 hours of receipt to arrange for return of item. All items must be returned within 10 days of auction. A buyer's premium of 18% (discounted 2% for check or money order) of final bid is added to all winning purchases. Credit card payments are accepted through Paypal. International bidders are responsible for any fees associated with currency conversion. Massachusetts sales tax of 5% is applied to all purchases, unless purchaser provides a copy of Certificate of Resale exemption number, no sales tax if Purchases are shipped out of state. Lambe Rene auction staff pack and prepare purchases for shipping. A $5.00 per box charge covers cost of packing materials and labor, multiple items may be packed per box. Buyer pays exact shipping, amount is estimated and refund issued for any overpayment. Buyer pays insurance (optional).
