If, for any reason, the item in question is updated or discontinued, GuyDesign, at its option, will offer a replacement with a similar item or issue a store credit towards another in-stock item of equal or greater value.

✦ The warranty will apply only to the original purchaser. Work performed on GuyDesign jewelry by anyone other than Benzgem will void all warranties expressed or implied.
✦ Any items that display damage due to abuse or misuse will not be covered under warranty, therefore voiding the warranty.
✦ Items left with GuyDesign for more than 30 calendar days will be abandoned property, and GuyDesign will not be responsible for any abandoned items.
