Guarantees EAC Gallery guarantees the authenticity of all lots without time limit to the purchaser of record when lot is returned in exact condition as shipped with no alteration, change in condition or damage and is accompanied by a written statement from a recognized and credentialed expert in the related collection field. Refund is limited to the total purchase price (total of sale price and any buyer’s premium or sales tax collected). Return Policy Returns will be accepted for reasons of gross miscataloging or for authenticity issues when procedures in the Guarantees section of these rules are followed.
