You may wish to retain the attached list for your tax records. This auction is being conducted for the benefit of PGC and any questions should be directed to PGC. The net proceeds of the auction will support PGC operations and educational programs. All objects are identified by object, dimensions and price. This information has been provided by the owner or artist and PGC does not make any representations or warranties of any kind or nature, expressed or implied, regarding the correctness of the description, the authenticity, physical condition, quality, rarity, value or importance of the object, or its fitness for any purpose; or whether the purchaser has any reproduction rights to an object. Items are sold "as is" and prospective bidders should inspect the item before bidding to determine its physical condition. Any item may be withdrawn by PGC at any time prior to actual sale. The sales of all items are final and payment in full on the night of the auction is required. No exchanges or refunds will be made.
