All properties offered and sold through Nakayama Syokai Auctioneers shall be offered and sold on the terms and conditions set forth blow. Buyers must accept the following Terms & Conditions to participate in Nakayama Syokai Auctioneers auctions. By signing up as a bidder, you acknowledge that you have read and understood our Terms & Conditions and agree to abide to them. 1.BUYER'S PREMIUM: For lots $100,000 and under, a 28% Buyer's Premium will be added to the final price of each lot purchased through Nakayama Syokai Auctioneers. For lots $100,001 and over, a 25% Buyer?s Premium will be added to the final price of each lot purchased. The Buyer?s Premium will be paid by all bidders without exception. 2.Lots: Though all description and commentary are believed to be correct, neither the auctioneer or the consignor makes any guarantee of the authenticity of the merchandise. Any descriptions, condition reports, and any other statements are our opinions and are not to be relied upon as facts. No employees are authorized to make any warranties of any kind on behalf Nakayama Syokai Auctioneers. Potential buyers must rely only on their own inspection of the merchandise.
