They shall have no claim against Gallery 18, or The Carriage House, for any personal or property damage that occurs while they are on the premises. 12.) The auctioneer reserves the right to refuse admission to any individual. The auctioneer reserves the right to accept or reject bids from any person. 13.) Successful bidders are encouraged to make their own arrangements for the collection, packaging and shipping of their lots. However, in the event bidders cannot make satisfactory arrangements on their own, Gallery 18 will, for an additional fee, undertake packaging and, at the direction of the successful bidding client, can make arrangements for shipping. 14.) The laws of the province of Prince Edward Island shall be applied to any of these conditions, and to any purchase agreement.
