Mr. Kustaa Hiekka (1855?1937) is the famous Finnish jeweler, in his legend life, dedicated to the collection of Europe & Oriental Arts. His name may not be familiar even to those who are interested in the history of collections of Chinese art. But his fond of Chinese art collecting continues to provide a framework for the narrative of Nordic interactions with Chinese culture during the 20th century.
