Bidding: All bids placed during our auctions on Live Auctioneers are considered binding and indicate your intention to purchase the artwork at the bid price. Gonzalez Art House is not responsible for any errors or omissions made by bidders during the bidding process. We reserve the right to reject any bid at our discretion. Reserve Price: Some artworks may have a reserve price, which is the minimum acceptable bid for the artwork to be sold. If the reserve price is not met, Gonzalez Art House reserves the right to withdraw the artwork from the auction. Buyer's Premium: A buyer's premium will be added to the successful bid price and is payable by the buyer as part of the total purchase price. The buyer's premium percentage will be specified in the auction listing and is subject to change at the discretion of Gonzalez Art House. Payment: Buyers must adhere to the Payment Policy outlined by Gonzalez Art House, which includes accepted payment methods, payment deadlines, and other relevant terms. Failure to comply with the Payment Policy may result in the cancellation of your purchase and the forfeiture of the artwork. Shipping: Buyers are responsible for all shipping costs and must comply with the Shipping Policy outlined by Gonzalez Art House. This policy includes information on shipping carriers, packaging, insurance, tracking, and other relevant terms. Ownership and Risk of Loss: The risk of loss or damage to the artwork passes to the buyer upon the completion of payment. Ownership of the artwork transfers to the buyer upon receipt of full payment. Authenticity and Condition: Gonzalez Art House endeavors to provide accurate and detailed information about each artwork, including its authenticity, provenance, and condition. However, we cannot guarantee the completeness or accuracy of this information. It is the buyer's responsibility to examine the artwork and ask any questions before placing a bid on Live Auctioneers. Disputes and Governing Law: Any disputes arising from the auction, purchase, or these terms and conditions shall be resolved through negotiation or, if necessary, through arbitration or court proceedings. The governing law for these terms and conditions shall be the law of the jurisdiction in which Gonzalez Art House operates. Limitation of Liability: Gonzalez Art House shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services, the inability to use our services, or any transaction conducted through our auctions on Live Auctioneers. Our liability is limited to the amount of the successful bid price, buyer's premium, and any applicable taxes. By participating in our auctions on Live Auctioneers, you agree to abide by these terms and conditions. If you have not contacted Gonzalez Art House to arrange payment within 3 days of the time that invoice is sent, we will charge the credit card you used to register for the auction for the amount of your invoice.
