CONDITIONS OF SALE The sale takes place by bidding to the highest bidder. The buyer (Highest bidder) is obliged to pay the auction price of the lot in cash (cash for any amount less than 3,000 euros, bank check or debit/credit card), plus 23% for costs and VAT. (Online cost included) A 1.5% surcharge applies for every payment by credit card. Resale right In addition, for lots where the artist's name is followed by the sign (*), a resale right of 4% will be applied, in relation to the works of artists who lived or died less than 70 years ago, for all auctions equal to or greater than ?2,000. Lots are sold as is. The description of the objects offered for sale included in the catalog should be considered purely indicative, allowing the public to know at the preceding exhibition the nature and condition of the lots offered for auction . In the event of a dispute or an error in the assignment, the bailiff or the acting notary will, in absolute sovereignty and without appeal, settle any dispute that may arise regarding the auctions during the sale. The organizer of the sale reserves the right to refuse any bid, to make any decision, splitting, or withdraw lots without having to justify its decision.
