Clymer Art Auction and Celebration

The property in this auction is offered for sale by the Clymer Museum and Gallery, as agent for the consigner/artist with these conditions: All works of art are sold as is. Neither the Clymer or the Auctioneer make any warranties or representations of any kind with respect to the property. The Clymer and Auctioneer assume no risk, liability or responsibility for the authenticity of the authorship of any property identified in this catalog. The Auctioneer will have the final judgment to determine the successful bidder. The Auctioneer determines the sufficiency of the opening and ensuing bids, if not commensurate with the value of the object, they can be rejected. All sales are Final, and buyers must complete their purchase by the end of the event. Purchases must be removed from the premises, or a shipping plan must be created, to be paid for by the purchaser. Purchase through Live Auctioneers will add a 16% buyers premium to the sale.
