1. All items must be paid for on day of sale! Payment must be made within 24 hours of sales end - No Exceptions!! Credit card /Debit Card payments accepted. Checks from approved Bidders only. Please email us if you would like us to consider accepting your check. Cash accepted from local bidders only. Money Orders accepted with advance approval ONLY! 2. If you are the winning bidder you are expected to pay. If within 48 hours after hammer fall we have not heard from you we will start the process of registering a complaint with liveauctioneers.com NO EXCEPTIONS! 3. Items will be shipped within 3 to 5 business days (excluding weekends/holidays - clock starts on next business day in this case). Winning bidder will pay exact shipping amount plus insurance. A $3 packing fee will be added to cover our labor, gas and materials cost. The only exception to the $3 additional charge is if your item does not require us to ship with protective packing materials. All items will be shipped standard USPS Express or Media Mail unless requested otherwise by winning bidder. Overnight or 2 Day Express shipping is available upon request. If you are the winning bidder your cost is exactly the winning bid amount plus exact shipping plus $3 if your item requires protective packaging. All items are described as accurately as possible. What you see is what you get. In the case of Comics, Toys or Graphic Novels we are not professional graders. If an item has been graded it will be noted in the description. We do our level headed best to give the most accurate description of each item - but opinions vary. My "good" might be someone elses "very fine" or "fair". If you have any questions or concerns pertaining specifically to this issue - please contact us PRIOR to bidding. All sales ARE FINAL. Another Example - "I thought it was Navy Blue" or "I didn't read the word black in the description" are not extreme cases. All request for refunds must be made within 24 hours receipt of purchase with detailed reason. If item arrives damaged due to shipping that is between you and USPS. This is the reason why insurance is taken out on every item shipped. We pack all items carefully and take extra measures to protect the item - however we cannot control what happens once the item leaves our gallery. 7.
