For this auction, NYDJ Chinese Art Gallery has presented 118 lots of superb artistry, craftsmanship and quality, which are consigned from Chinese art collectors throughout North America.
As a privilege, many exceptional paintings and calligraphy have been consigned from a New York estate. Such exquisite lots, as attributed to Chinese artists like Wen Zhengming, Zheng Xie, Zhang Daqian, Fu Baoshi, Pan Tianshou, Qing Emperor Qianlong, etc., are considered highlights of this auction. Among various works of art, an extremely rare mid-Qing Dynasty Imperial Twin-Dragon Ivory Seal (Lot 88), formerly property of Arthur Bennett Kouwenhoven, Jr. Jansen Inc., NYC and Bennett-Portago Inc., NYC, is phenomenal.
For contemporary art, Jia Chen, Founder of American Poetic Expressionism has contributed as well 15 of her recent paintings.
