BIDDING AND PAYMENT Bidders do not have the opportunity to retract a bid after the lot has been passed. Winning bidders are expected to pay within 2 day(s) of auction closing. Payment must be received within 48 hours of auction close. If payment is not received within the payment window, Golden Treasures has the right to decline the transaction. Online buyers have the option of picking up their purchase from our local store. Buyers who wish to pick up their purchases can pick up their purchases as early as the Monday once payment is cleared and no later than two week after the payment date. After two weeks, items will be placed in storage. Fee of storage will be $10 per week per item. Registering for the auction indicate an acceptance of the above terms and conditions. RETURNS All returns must be approved by Golden Treasures. All authorized returns must be made within 3 business days upon receiving the goods. It is the Buyer's responsibility to pay return shipping charges. Refunds for all returned merchandise will be equal to the merchandise cost less all shipping charges. Returns will only be accepted and credits issued if the merchandise is returned back to our warehouse undamaged in its original condition and in its original packaging. All returned products are subject to a 25% restocking fee.
