The Barbra Streisand Collection consists of career memorabilia, antiques, and personal items. Among the offerings are career items and antiques never offered for sale prior to this. The items and lots have been selected to sell at competitive live auction prices, though several lots are prime for smaller budgets. All net proceeds from the eBay Live Auction go to The Streisand Foundation which supports after-school programs for disadvantaged children, breast cancer, civil rights organizations, and environmental causes. The Foundation is registered as a charitable 501(c)3 corporation.
Each item will be accompanied by a Certificate of Authenticity stating that the purchase is from The Barbra Streisand Collection benefiting "The Streisand Foundation” and will feature a picture and description of the item.
