Lambe Rene Auction makes no guarantees of any lots, and All lots are sold as is with the following exceptions; All lots purchased are examined before shipment, if major discrepancy in condition is found by buyer, returns are accepted on individual basis providing item returned within 24 hours of receipt; all returns must be completed within 10 days of auction. Buyer's Premium of 20% is applied to final purchase price and includes handling and packing charges. Buyer pays actual shipping cost through U.S. Post Office or UPS, insurance is optional. All purchases subject to 5% Mass sales tax unless bidder has Certificate of Retail sales tax certificate. Items shipped out of state are not subject to sales tax.
