?A bidder with a successful bid becomes the Buyer at the auction. The Buyer shall promptly provide the Company with his/its name and permanent address and shall, within 7 days after the date of auction, make the payment in full. Other costs such as the exit customs fees, freight, packaging, insurance, customs duties and appraisal fees shall be borne by the buyer himself/itself. A Foreign Buyer shall comply with all customs and import and export regulations. The Company will make every effort to assist with the transportation of the auctioned goods, however, it shall not be responsible for the auctioned goods being affected due to conflicts with the international regulations induced auction transportation, the Company does not assume any responsibility. ?In the event that the Buyer fails to pay off the remaining purchase price with 30 days after the payment is due, the Company shall have the right to terminate the transaction and the Buyer should bear the responsibility for the default. ?The Buyer shall obtain the ownership of the auctioned good(s) after payment of the purchase price in full. The Buyer shall, within 15 days of payment of the full purchase price, retrieve the purchased auctioned good(s). All the costs of transportation, storage, keeping and insurance incurred from the failure to retrieve the auctioned good(s) within deadline and the risks of damage and loss of the auctioned goods shall be borne by the Buyer. ?All the amounts shall be paid in New Taiwan Dollars (NTD). In the case that the Buyer pay in foreign currencies, the payment shall be converted into NTD pursuant to the exchange rate of the day of payment. The amount after being converted into NTD shall not be lower than the purchase price of the auctioned goods in NTD and the service charge for exchange with the bank shall be borne by the Buyer. ?After the sale of the auctioned good(s), in the event that the Buyer fails to make full payment to the Company, the Company does not assume the obligation to make payment to the Principal or make advance payment for the sales proceeds. If the Buyer has made full payment of the auctioned good(s), the Company shall, after 35 days of the sales, pay amount(s) of the good(s) to the Principal in NTDs. ?The Bidder may appoint the Company to make the bidding in writing and the Company has the right to decide whether to accept the appointment. The bidder shall present or fax the power of attorney to the Company two (2) days prior to the date of auction. The power of attorney shall indicate the name, the catalog number and the highest bidding price. ?The Company generally serves as the agent of the Principal in the auctions held by it. When the highest bidding price offered by the Bidder is confirmed by the hammering of the auctioneer or other public ways of stating the purchase, the auction good(s) trading relation between the Principal and Bidder has come into effect and the Bidder is the Buyer of the auctioned good(s). Therefore, the legal consequences resulting therefrom shall each be borne by the Principal and the Buyer. ?The Company strongly recommends a detailed look at the online preview photos by the Bidder prior to the auction and authenticate the auctioned items he/ it is interested. ?Due to the differences in the collection methods, part of the auctioned items may have unexpected conditions, it is strongly recommended that the Bidder acquire an understanding of the auctioned items and authenticate the auctioned items he/it is interested in bidding. The Company does not make any guarantee on the nature of the auctioned items. All the items are sold in the "as is" condition in the auction and theBuyer shall not object. ?The Company?s catalogs of the auctioned items and other statements and descriptions on the nature, condition and market analysis of the items are all statements based on opinions, the Bidders shall not deem them as statements based on facts. In addition, the parts of the auctioned items unstated do not indicate the flawlessness or non-repair; specific flaws stated do not mean that no other defects exist. The illustrations in the catalogs are only guidelines and shall not be used as the basis for determining the colors or tones of any auctioned items or disclosing their defects. Furthermore, the estimated auction prices of the auctioned goods representonly the opinions of the Company for reference and shall not be used as the basis of the success of bidding. The prices shall not be used for other purposes. ?The auction catalog only provides referential opinions of the year, origin, author, size, material, attribution, provenance, preservation condition and the estimated price and image data of the auctioned items do not indicate or constitute any guarantee of the Company on the authenticity, quality, and flawlessness. No matter whether the printing and photographs of the auction catalog has an impact on the tone of the auctioned items and no matter whether captions are accurate, the original auctioned items shall prevail and the Company does not assume any responsibility. ?The Company shall not be responsible for guaranteeing the authenticity, quality and defects of all auctioned items. The Bidder or Agent shall carefully view the photos of the auctioned items or acquire more item reports and bear the legal responsibility of his/its action of auctioned items bidding. ?All the disputes arising from the auction shall be resolved in accordance with the laws and regulations of the Republic of China. The Principal, Bidder and Buyer are deemed to accept these auction rules and exclusive jurisdiction of the Taiwan court of the place where the Company is located. ?In the event of default by the buyer, the Company has the right to terminate this transaction and take the following actions: ?1?The Company will not return the paid deposit. ?2?Temporarily detain other auctioned items the Company sold to the same Buyer until the Buyer fulfils payment obligations or pays a penalty and all the costs incurred during the detention period and possible damages and damages and losses that may arise shall be borne by the Buyer. ?3?The Company is entitled to withdraw other transactions of other auctioned items of the same Buyer. ?
