July 21st Foodservice Equipment Auction

Internet Bidding Terms and Conditions: Buyer agrees to be responsible for the removal and shipment of purchased items from the auction location within 2 weeks of sale day. Prime Equipment will assist in shipping to be continental United States but all fees are the responsibility of the buyer. Buyer agrees to make payment by MasterCard, Visa, Paypal, wire transfer, or overnight delivery of certified funds in order for internet bid to be accepted and full balance by one of the same methods immediately upon notification of winning bid. Certified checks should be made payable to Prime Equipment. Notification of successful bids will be made within 24 hours of auction close. A 15% Buyers Premium will be placed on all winning bids. All items are sold by Prime Equipment “as is, where is, with no warranties expressed or implied”. Some NEW items MAY carry a manufacturers warranty but it is the responsibility of the buyer to contact the manufacturer directly regarding any warranty work. (Items are used unless indicated as NEW.)
