Here is a ladies custom made, opal and diamond pendant. The opal weighs approximately 4.0 cts. and is a free form design. The top of the stone is not perfectly smooth. This stone is set on top of a piece of Black Onyx which has the same shape as the opal. The mounting is a split level bezel with three round approximately .015 ct. round diamonds set at the top of the opal. The opal has great blue green body color. Appraised replacement value ( in 1988) was $850 for insurance purposes.
