This is a large and impressive wood sculpture from the Dengese peoples of the Congo, central Africa. Carved from a heavy dense wood, the image of a Kneeling queen with full body scarification or tattoos, tall central spike finial and ribbed neck and wrists. The sculpture is the largest of the type we have ever offered. Measures 35 inches tall and has a 14 lb shipping weight.
