Great c1900 oak desk with the original finish and old wavy glass panes intact in the doors. The desk is 89" tall including the removable crest, 37.5" wide and 21" deep. The cubby section in the desk is sagging and should be supported in some way. Minor separation in a large drawer that could be easily glued. Most of the bottom of one small drawer needs repair. The upper crest is loose, the backing blocks are missing. The breadboard style desk surface slides out. The old finish shows a few rubs, over-all very nice. The barrel top moves freely. Attractive paneled sides. Great tiger oak grain. The applied carving is in good shape. Very nice, original "as found" condition.
