This 1.5" diameter medallion features on the obverse an image of the Apollo 11 lunar lander "Eagle" on the lunar surface with an astronaut alongside, "Apollo Eleven" under the lander and Armstrong, Alrin and Collins on the upper edge; the reverse features images of the Earth and the Moon with the Apollo "A" in between and the title "Project Apollo" at the top and bottom. The medallion is encased in plastic (some faults to the plastic) and sits in its original presentation case (some faults to the exterior top). The medallion itself is in pristine condition as it has not been removed from its plastic case.
