Antique Victorian 22.5” Tall Cobalt Royal Blue Epergne

What a beauty. 22 tall. 10 1/2" diameter base. Very good condition. No chips or cracks. This is a magnificent piece. The color is beautiful. Epergnes were created in Victorian times as table centerpieces consisting of a frame or bowl with extended arms or fluted bases suitable for flowers or fruits of sweetmeats and dryfruits.

This epergne has 3 flutes 1 centre large flute (4flutes) 3 spiral arms and 3 baskets ,1 base total of 11 glass pieces. As the photos show, this Epergne's flutes, Spiral Arms, baskets and bowl are of glass; the vines climbing the flues are also glass. This piece stands approximately 22.5 in.tall 10-1/2 In diameter.
