Small Tiered-Top Highrise Cast Iron Bank

Made by Kenton Hardware Company. Kenton, Oh. - 1915 - 5 7/8" Tall.

A. C. Williams / Kenton Hardware circa 1915. Both Made of Cast Iron. Highrise Still Bank is the second smallest. Very Good to Fine Condition.

Lot (3) early cast iron still banks including Lincoln Top Hat (2" Ht.), and cast iron "Fort" bank (4 1/2" Ht.), small building bank (2 1/2" Ht.).

Includes a larger Kyser & Rex City Bank, japanned finish back with 50% gold trim still present, top finial holds the piece together. Small State Bank with remnants of paint left.

Standing Blackman Still Bank, cast iron with flat top hat and gold shirt, original paint 19th C, 5 1/2"h. CONDITION: Very good, small areas of paint wear.

flash cleaner tin has paint wear throughout, GE bank is cast iron, Qualer Oats is plastic and has some paint wear, wooden beehive bank has small chip out of top, Globe Fastenette fasteners

Designed by Edward Colby, Chicago, Patented 1887, nickel plated cast iron, deposit at top slot, when full, smokestack lifts open for coin retrieval. Small replace part at trap. 6" l.

Nickle plated cast iron, 5” tall to top of movable handle. It has a nice original finish and retains its key. Small chip in the iron. Nice example!
