05.28.24: In my opinion regarding LOT 3348: I note that the commode is presently intact and structurally sturdy, with the drawers fitting within case securely, the marble top having inherent natural inclusions and fissures, as well as minor chips to edge, all drawers operate smoothly, and exhibit patination of the metal hardware, the right side panel of the case has a minor split at the upper quadrant, and the second drawer from the top has a minor glue repair to the trim at the right hand side edge, there is typical minute surface wear such as light abrasions and minor chips commensurate with age and use
