Meissen porcelain figure of a grenadier drummer, after the original model by Johann Joachim Kandler (1706-1775), soldier modeled wearing a mitre cap and red coat with green facings, raised on a parcel-gilt rocaille plinth, blue crossed swords mark, incised numbers 1729 131, UV examination unremarkable, no apparent restoration, approx 6.5"h, 0.5lbs
