Formed as a parrot perched on a rod, with an ashtray below. Cutting drops into the mouth of the parrot. Small trap door in base still intact. Marked on edge of base "A.v. Schock".

Age-appropriate surface wear, but mechanism works fine. Base measures 5.5" x 5".
