A RARE IMPERIAL GILT-BRONZE CHINESE RITUAL BELL. The bronze bell is finely cast, with studs protruding from the surface and wrapping around the circumference. The main body decorated in relief of fine geometric patterns that converge around a central Inscription. Conical shaped handle juts from the top of the bell and is surrounded by intricate tessellations. Truly a wonder to behold with very few surface blemishes.

Over all in EXCELLENT condition, with normal anomalies in nature, sign of stressed surface, minor scratch & dent. Surface traced wear and or declined to gilding; Normal, considering ages and wears.
